Job Summary: WE are excited to grow each agency that is part of the We Insure network. As the Agency Training Manager, you will train our new and existing agencies on how to be top insurance agents and agencies. How to speak with clients, quoting, binding, researching markets are all key training points to help each We Insure agency grow! This is a rare opportunity for you to train agency owners across the country and build strong and lasting relationships with the agents.

  • Train insurance agents in the We Insure network on how to effectively quote, bind and sell insurance (focus on P&C, commercial experience is a plus)
  • Develop strong relationships with We Insure agents and agency owners
  • Be the connector between agents and the We Insure team (people and programs)
  • Assist agency owners develop and execute agency growth plans
  • Stay informed of carrier appetites and updates
  • Train agents and producers on available markets
  • Assist on core systems and process training with agency owners
  • Be a catalyst to building the WE community by making connections between agents


  • Experience training insurance agents of various experience levels
  • Training content development and delivery (virtual)
  • Personal lines license and experience quoting and binding P&C business
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in the P&C industry; commercial experience a plus
  • Experience working in a P&C agency as a producer, team lead, or manager
  • Experience working with or for an insurance carrier in a sales or agent function
  • Motivator, team builder, strategist, marketer
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Ability to builder, inspire, create, manage and take initiative
  • Experience training in Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic a plus) and raters
  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and SharePoint
