Sales Manager and their team will be dedicated and fed loans from loan real estate brokerage.
- Hire, train, and recruit all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a strong team
- Ensure sales goals are achieved by leading, training, and motivating employees
- Excel in meeting all pipeline, sales management, and new business generation goals to increase market share
- Adhere to state, regional, and federal guidelines, and ensure all loans meet company policies and procedures
- Represent our brand in a positive way to referral networks, such as realtors, using effective marketing tactics and paying strong attention to reputation management
- Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members
- Originate Mortgage Loans with a wide variety of products
- Excellent judgment and decision making skills, and exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and mastery of loan products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans
- Current NMLS or state license for 2 yrs in the past 5 years
