• Review file and submit conditions to underwriter
• Evaluate loan approval and communicate with the borrower to gather appropriate documentation
• Submit the required documentation in a timely manner to meet closing time frame
• Satisfy all conditions from Underwriter according to guidelines
• Communicate closing timelines with Originators and Title Company
• Review pipeline of files daily to coordinate on-time closings

• 2 years or more experience as a loan processor
• A desire to help customers and the Team with their goals
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management skills for a high-volume workflow
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
