We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing Mortgage Processor to work with the Mortgage Loan Officers on our team. • Note: This position is in-office 5 days per week at our Plano location at 2805 Dallas Pkwy, Plano TX 75093

• Put together loan packages and submit to lender underwriting for approval or denial
• Secure property and loan documentation to process mortgage loan files such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records
• Liaise between the mortgage lending underwriting department, mortgage loan originators, real estate agents, and applicants to facilitate loan approval
• Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies
• Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close

• Facilitate a weekly pipeline meeting with Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants to advise the current status of loans
• Ensure loans close on time, every time by facilitating receipt of documents and needed items
• Follow all steps of the firm's 5-Star Home Buying System

• Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to work at our Plano Office 5 days per week located at 2805 Dallas Pkwy, Plano TX 75093
