- Salary $50K - $80K plus $100 per file. Total compensation $90,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities
- Review initial loan approval and work with the borrower to gather needed documentation
- Collect all required documentation for the loan package
- Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
- Submit files to assigned Underwriter
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE ENCOMPASS EXPERIENCE
- Government loan experience (USDA, FHA, and VA)
- Detailed, precise, and thorough
Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000 salary plus bonus
