We are seeking a mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team. We offer a loan assistant and in-house processing. You assist loan applicants in choosing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase, we take it from there! Our organization provides the support, and tools you need to bring your business to the next level by freeing up your time to go originate new loans and build referral relationships.

• The position is hybrid remote, only a few days a month in the office
• Work closely with industry-related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
• Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines

• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• 1 year of experience in mortgage origination or lending required
• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
• Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
