Premier Mortgage Lending has two office locations; Salem, NH, and Bedford, NH. Our loan officers have flexible schedules and can use each office space or do pre-approvals from home. We have one weekly sales meeting where the entire office joins to discuss market updates, sales wins, and motivation for the week!

We provide all of our loan officers with extensive training, a mentor program, and the tools to launch your career as a mortgage loan officer or better if you have already been in business.

Premier Mortgage Lending is a Mortgage Brokerage which means, unlike a direct lender or bank we have the ability to work with multiple wholesale lenders who may not directly work with consumers. This allows us to offer our borrowers more options and find them a loan that is custom to their needs.

• Build relationships with realtors, title agents, and other prospective referral partners
• Prospect and generate leads
• Take applications and qualify borrowers
• Choose loan program options to best suit the borrower’s personal situation
• Educate borrowers about process and set expectations
• Structure loans when borrowers enter a purchase contract or commit to a refinance
• Collect basic required documents and prepare loan file for submission to lender

• 1+ year of sales experience in financial services, outside/inside sales experience, training experience or similar fields
• Team player
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated - this position is 100% commission so being a self starter is a must!
