We are looking for an experienced, service, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive. Our branch is built and constantly improving to where the loan officer is very minimally hands-on after a client fills out an application. What would your business look like if 80% of your day was spent prospecting?

The ideal candidate will be someone who's currently doing 3-5 loans per month and wants to learn with our proven system and processes on how to double that volume within 3-4 months. Our branch manager is fully invested in the Mortgage Marketing Animals systems and is constantly implementing his processes to those ideas.

• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions

• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit

• Understanding and comfortability with Encompass mortgage software
