We are looking for an experienced, ethical and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. If you have a proven track record of creating lending solutions for your clients, we’d love to have you on our team. We are hiring full-time as well as part-time loan officers. Please apply today!

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and the community at large in order to attract new business
• Assist borrowers in selecting appropriate loan programs while communicating with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction

• Mortgage origination or lending experience
• Current NMLS State License (we are licensed in CO, TX, & MN with GA likely next week)
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, underwriting policies and guidelines
• Understanding of loan originator software Calyx Point preferred but not essential
• The highest ethical standards

Nonprofit Mortgage Company provides down payment assistance to underserved home buyers and those who have experienced a financial setback due to an illness in their household.

We are a new 501 C 3 tax-exempt corporation. 100% of charitable gifts received and a portion of business revenue go towards our down payment assistance program.

There are no owners or managers hoarding profits. The loan officer and processor get paid while a portion of income goes towards company administrative fees and our down payment assistance program.
