- Responsible for generating new business via referral sources and completing mortgage loans
- Complete loan application for clients and submit through loan origination systems
- Interact and serve as a focal point for all client interaction
- Loan Origination or related experience
- Established sources of referral
- Thorough understanding of underwriting criteria and guidelines
- Mortgage banking background preferred with a proven track record of success
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Creative thinking skills
- Motivated and driven with a focus on long-term results
