This position is for experienced Mortgage Loan Officers with a book of self-generated business from outside sources including but not limited to Real Estate Agents, Builders, Lawyers, CPA’s, Financial Advisors, etc.

• Work closely with industry related professionals to obtain referrals.
• Besides making many phone calls weekly to obtain business, this position also requires you to be on the road having face-to-face meetings to obtain referrals. 
• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers decide.
• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines.

• Provide proof of your book of business.
• Seeking candidates with incredible work ethic.

• Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability.
• Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies.
• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
• NMLS State Licensing Required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.
