We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, relationship building, and analysis skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. Our organization provides a full sales fulfillment team of support and tools you need to bring your business to the next level. Unlike many loan officer roles where you are expected to do it all on your own, we provide a comprehensive support team so you can focus on relationship building with referral sources while your amazing team focuses on the resulting transactions. Responsibilities
  • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
  • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
  • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals

  • Follow our daily sales plan to ensure you achieve optimized sales performance without working too many hours
  • Work closely with sales fulfillment team, including your loan officer assistant and loan coordinator, to ensure everyone receives the lending experience you’ll love

Qualifications
  • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
  • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability

  • Min 3 years MLO experience originating for an independent mortgage banker (non-bank and non-broker platform) with no recent gaps
  • Expertise of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, Non-Conforming (Jumbo) Loans.
  • Encompass experience
  • CRM daily use discipline (we use Salesforce, but the discipline of using any CRM is acceptable)
  • Minimum monthly average of 4+ verifiable funded loan units month with goal of achieving 8+ Ave units/mo

Compensation
$225,000+ at plan earnings
