Inside Sales Representative - Leads Provided
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-driven Mortgage inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. - Receive company-supplied inbound and outbound leads from consumer direct sources. Must be coachable in managing the platform efficiently with activity KPIs being measured to ensure maximum performance
- Generate repeat referral and self-generated business by giving a world-class customer experience and being a trusted source of knowledge and education
- Become an expert at all loan product types including conventional, FHA, VA, non-QM, fix-and-flip (bridge loans), and long-term investor products
- Build rapport with borrowers by taking a thorough mortgage application and following the proven sales process
- Understand what customers are truly looking to accomplish, then educate them on their options to accomplish their goals
- Consistent follow-up with active customers to keep them informed so their loans fund quickly
- Follow our proven marketing strategy to generate referrals from our current customer base
- Must have a passion for interacting with clients virtually in the manner for which the customer chooses
- Must be excited about working in a high-touch, structured environment
- Must be coachable
- Looking for people that have a passion for being a top performer
- Call center experience is a plus
- Communication skills are required to interact professionally with all clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong verbal skills
- Ability to quickly connect and build rapport with customers
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
This is an in-office position only and hours are from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
$15 - $20 hourly
