We are seeking a full-time experienced Mortgage Funder to work from their home to review signed documents for accuracy and sign off closing conditions including insurance information on loan documents. Competitive salary.

• Review signed loan documents and review information for accuracy
• Review HUD1 and confirm accuracy against the disclosed fees
• Review and sign off closing conditions including insurance information
• Communicate with the Loan Officer, Processor and Escrow Officer of all outstanding conditions and keep them updated throughout the closing process

• 2 + years of current Funder experience
• Must be currently, or recently at work as a Mortgage Funder
• Must have excellent technical abilities and compliance skills
• Knowledge and be efficient with the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
