Motto Mortgage Supreme is looking for a branch manager to lead our expansion into a network of real estate offices.
Responsibilities
We fundamentally believe that correct division of labor is the key to a successful business and thus we have crafted a limited set of responsibilities that our Branch Manager will be held accountable for. At a high level, we expect our Branch Manager to build and manage a sales team, with the key responsibilities being:
- Recruit producing MLOs
- Increase partnership capture rate
- Increase overall MLO production

We are open to both a producing and non-producing branch manager
