• Exceed new business generation, pipeline, and sales management goals to increase market share
• Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members
• Promote our organization in a positive way, with an emphasis on marketing and building new business with referral channels such as realtors

• Serve as a proxy for Conrad Mortgage

• NMLS License required
• 3-5 Years of experience in the banking or mortgage industry
• An undergraduate degree (bachelor's) in banking, finance, business administration, or economics is preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
• Demonstrate ability to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and knowledge of residential loan products and regulations specific to Conventional (FNMA/FHMLC), FHA, VA, and USDA
