One of the top producing Branch Managers at AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a full-time superior Assistant/Marketing Coordinator. Immediate opening for a genuine team player who is excellent at communicating professionally with clients and is superior at following through on tasks and assignments. You should be able to learn new skills and information and be excellent on the computer with a self-motivated ability to “figure things out" along the way. You pay attention to detail and stay on top of tasks with ease. Chances are you're an organizational and technological whiz. You like to set up systems that make a business run more efficiently. You know your way around the internet and can figure out new ways to use it to help the business be efficient and grow. You’re great at building rapport and gathering information when needed while keeping confidential. You don’t mind finishing what I start. You enjoy figuring out the best way to implement ideas. Impeccable phone skills are a MUST! We want clients to feel super impressed and “wowed” when dealing with our team.


  • Manage our database and continuously update our CRM with the latest client information
  • Talk to clients, realtors, and referrals over the phone, utilizing our proven scripts to make sure each customer has a great experience Assist loan officers with daily success plan management to ensure they have everything they need to effectively originate more loans to the pipeline
  • Communicate any requests from clients to the rest of the team so they’re resolved efficiently and the customer is satisfied Handle calendar, scheduling, reminders and follow up Manage emails
  • Request and manage Google Reviews page
  • Optimize and help manage Facebook Business Page
  • Optimize and help manage Instagram
  • Simple video editing, including adding captions to video 


  • Ideally have at least 2 years of professional office/assistant experience and one year of mortgage experience
  • System you must know or learn quickly: CRM-Customer Relations Management System like Salesforce
  • Proficient in YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Video editing - simple (more advanced can be learned)
  • Resourceful - You look for and find the answers
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Great support person
  • Organized
  • Great at creating and following checklists 
  • Fantastic at follow up
  • Efficient - You look for and find ways to make things more efficient and less time consuming than the current way
  • Creative - You think of ideas too
  • You MUST be able to work between 9 am and 5 pm Illinois (Central Time). You must be able to give 40 hours per week (FULL TIME) and have NO other job. You MUST speak and communicate in writing and email with excellent English

$15 hourly
