We’re on a mission to create a first-class experience for our clients and we need a Mortgage Executive Assistant Admin to support our top-notch lending team.

The ideal candidate will have office experience, as an office manager or administrative assistant, display a commitment to the highest ethical standards, possess impeccable attention to detail, and exhibit a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Assist loan officers with daily success plan management to ensure they have everything they need to effectively originate more loans to the pipeline
  • Update the database and CRM with new client information regularly
  • Perform front desk duties such as greeting visitors, sorting mail, faxing paperwork, and other delegated tasks that may include errands outside the office, as needed
  • Talk to clients, realtors, and referrals over the phone, utilizing our proven scripts to make sure each customer has a great experience
  • Create and distribute expense reports each month so that the team is aware of how the budget is being spent
  • Communicate any requests from clients to the rest of the team so they’re resolved efficiently and the customer is satisfied
  • Adapt to team needs and assist with other duties as assigned
  • Improve our customer satisfaction ratings by providing concierge-level support to each and everyone from vendors to clients

  • Systems and processes: Implement, organize, maintain, update, and report on company processes, systems, and pipeline
  • Executive's schedule: Handle manager's schedule, notes and instructions, and update appropriate parties

  • Must be a self-starter and systems builder who can stay focused and work efficiently while multitasking with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Adobe, is mandatory, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
