Locally owned, national property restoration company seeks a Project Manager in the Spokane area. The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Mitigation Department. We focus our efforts on residential and commercial work related to Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold and BioHazard.
- Planning, organizing, supervising and leading projects in water/fire/smoke/mold/biohazard restoration work
- Ensure projects come in on time and within budget
- Proficient on estimating software, other industry software and documentation systems
- Work closely to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow STOP systems each and everyday on all project to make sure we get desired outcomes
- 5+ Years of progress Restoration Industry Experience
- Handle challenging clients and situations
- Specific experience with Xactimate Software
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Industry Certifications (IICRC, etc.)
- Strong Leadership Skills Required
