• Supervise and lead a team of mitigation technicians in executing restoration projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the scope of work, develop detailed plans, and provide accurate estimations.
• Oversee the implementation of mitigation strategies, including water extraction, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and other related tasks.
• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure timely completion within budgetary guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to maintain open lines of communication and manage expectations.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' technical skills, safety awareness, and overall performance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, photographs, and inventory records.

• Previous experience in the restoration industry, specifically in mitigation field operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices, including IICRC standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and project management.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
