Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Understand and remain up to date with Property & Casualty Insurance laws and guidelines in order to help clients obtain the appropriate coverage
• Build and maintain relationships with inside referral partners
• Uncover customer risk exposure in order to offer the appropriate coverage products to properly insure the customer
• Manage provided leads within a defined territory by tracking, following up on, and closing sales through text, phone, and/or email to achieve production objectives
• Follow and stay up to date with the agency-established sales process

• Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable managing dynamic relationships and various scenarios with a high level of professionalism and integrity

Role Requirements:

• Property and Casualty license in good standing
• Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or similar role
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid US driver's license with the ability to travel by car
