(Pre-licensed, Master's or Doctoral)
We are actively seeking a new clinician to join our dynamic, supportive team! The ideal candidate will be pre-licensed master's or doctoral-level clinician and seeking dual NJ and NY licensure. Supervision will be provided by a licensed psychologist in NY and NJ who has a passion for teaching, and in-person sessions will be held both in our Ridgewood, NJ and Orangeburg, NY offices (approximately 25 minutes apart). You will be responsible for seeing patients, attending paid supervision and team meetings, completing treatment plans and progress notes, and completing related paperwork. - Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives
- Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
- Provide individual psychotherapy or counseling to clients from childhood through adulthood using CBT, REBT, and parent management training methods
- Possession of a permit or associate license (or permit eligible at the time of application)
- Minimum of a Masters degree in Mental Health related field
- Knowledge and experience in providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy
