The Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy has both full-time and part-time opportunities for employment and/or trainee positions for mental health clinicians who would like to focus their careers on working with bereaved and traumatized clients. Our present needs include psychologists, or psychological assistants, as well as master's level clinicians (LCSW, LPCMH, MFT) interested in working with adults, families, couples, children, and/or adolescents. Various areas of sub-expertise (e.g., trauma, suicide, reproductive loss, etc.) are welcomed as we strive to provide a variety of specialized and personalized care to ensure excellent client care.
Our group of clinicians and administrative support are at the top in their fields. We are searching for that perfect match to compliment our team and find meaning, purpose, and joy in his or her career. This is meant to be a long-term position, and opportunities are available to promote growth and connection.
Our organization is private-pay, and therefore we are not limited to who we can treat and what treatments are available. Our team consists of psychologists, LCSWs, professional counselors, an art therapist, and soon will include music therapy as well as treatment-focused yoga (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, etc.). Our office is moving from Newark, DE to Pike Creek. This office is brand new and completely customized to the work we do. The environment is soothing, quiet, professional, and inviting.
Remuneration is based on experience and may be different than what is listed. Based on education, level of licensure, and experience.
Both seasoned and early career mental health professionals are urged to apply
