About Inspired Life Counseling

Our philosophy at Inspired Life Counseling is "Human First; Therapist Second." What we mean by this is that we want our clinicians to be fully themselves while they are in the room with their clients. While we provide a beautiful and peaceful professional office with rooms that are well-appointed and individually tailored to each clinician, we're not stuffy. We're real. We're attachment-focused and trauma-informed which means when we look at the person across from us we first see the person, we next look at what happened in their lives to hurt them, and then we help them journey toward healing and growth while using our continued drive to be the best therapists we can be through weekly consultation groups, ongoing training (currently EFT in group and an upcoming EMDRIA approved EMDR training in June!). We know that we're humans sitting across from humans.

We also enjoy each other! We spend time collaborating and chatting between sessions.
