Ann Arbor Counseling Associates is currently looking to find motivated and eager therapists to join our expanding practice. Here is a little about the group and why therapists want to work here. The ideal candidate would be a team player, have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage one's time effectively and efficiently, be able to work independently, and have a foundational knowledge of clinical skills, treatment approaches, and planning. Given the current need to perform services remotely, this therapist must be comfortable providing online counseling services, be familiar with trauma treatment, and have a high level of comfort with technology.
*Base Salary listed is for full-time positions. In addition to base salary, there is a bonus structure for all sessions completed over 25 billable hours/week which could add up to an additional $18k to base salary per year depending on experience.
