We are looking for a positive, hard-working membership coordinator to be the first point of contact between club members and our organization. The coordinator is responsible for working closely with members, both existing and potential, in order to meet their needs and provide excellent customer service.

This role will be the first and main point of contact in their membership within a club for real estate/real asset syndicators. Offering daily support for questions, inquiries, billing accounts, and other administrative duties in relation to our club will make up the majority of your day.

This is a part-time role that will begin at 10-15 hours per week. Certain times of the year may require a commitment to more hours temporarily.


  • Maintain multiple email inboxes
  • Generate and send email reminders for calls and events
  • Answer inquiries in an accurate, timely, and professional manner
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Upgrade, downgrade, and maintain payment accounts
  • Calendar and Calendly setup/maintenance
  • General stellar customer service and communication
  • Other administrative support as necessary


  • Understanding of real estate or real asset syndication
  • Deep love of helping others and providing service
  • Efficient and effective with multiple-task execution
  • Desire to learn and grow with an expanding organization
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Positive, adaptable, reliable, resourceful

$22 - $25 hourly
