Our Member Success Specialist will join our Member Success team, which aims to help our union and non-profit organization clients and their members as much as possible. You will maintain the duties of a call center representative -- answering calls, working with client members to get access to services, connecting them with providers, and also helping where needed since we are a small start-up and need all hands on deck sometimes! We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls
  • Working with client members to get access to services
  • Connecting them with providers
  • Helping where needed since we are a small start-up and need all hands on deck sometimes!

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Great active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze the member's needs and connect them with the correct service provider
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
  • Computer literacy/Eager to learn new technology software and apps 
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to speak Spanish or Mandarin
  • Proven ability to meet both individual and team goals 
  • Some background in the legal industry

Compensation
$20 hourly
