We are a fast-growing Medicare sales organization looking for experienced Medicare telesales agents that want to serve the senior community. Our agents work incoming live transfer leads and can expect to sell 2-3 plans per day throughout the entire year.


Q – Is this a physical call-center position?

A – Nope, this a remote position where you can work from home.

Q – Since this is not a call center, what kind of equipment do I need?

A – All you need is a quiet place to work, a reliable computer with high-speed internet service and, most importantly, a compassionate and patient heart to help seniors make critical choices about their health plan needs.

Q – I have a health insurance license, but I don’t know anything about Medicare plans. Do you provide training?

A – Absolutely – we have an amazing training program that gets new agents up and running with this in very little time.

Q – Are you like all the other operations out there that hire folks for a few months at a time and then throw them to the wolves after AEP?

A – Quite the opposite really! We are active in the Medicare sales business 12 months per year and are offering qualified agents an opportunity to begin a career, not just another short-term lousy contract gig.

  • Listen attentively to the needs of your prospects and help guide them toward a plan that will best suit their individual needs
  • Work inbound warm leads that are looking for help with maximizing their Medicare benefits

  • Job seekers must have an insurance license
  • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations
  • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required
  • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
$50,000 - $85,000 yearly
