• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• Request medical records, billing statements, and affidavits on behalf of the firm’s clients
• Ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner
• Ensure that all record invoices are received, saved, approved, paid, and documented in the client’s file
• Review and analyze incoming records for accuracy and completeness
• Possess proficient phone and telecommunication skills
• Use the firm’s case management software in all phases of daily work and continually document all contact with providers as well as internal and external status updates
• Utilize reports/charts to track requests, determine priorities, and meet deadlines
• Work closely with the team and communicate the status of requests and records thoroughly and efficiently
• Assist with other tasks as requested by the attorney or other staff

• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
• Background in the legal industry preferred
• Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
• Familiarity with case management and CRM systems is a bonus
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
