Capital Financing is a niche specialty financing company based in Atlanta. As this position is NOT in a medical office, we ask that you read the entire description carefully before applying.

Our team is looking for a talented individual for our Contracting, Funding, and Servicing/AR Departments. This position will involve a very high volume of emails, communication with customers, communication with law firms, and multitasking. The department requires an individual that can follow the process correctly and likes repetition in their position.

The position will involve handling contracts of approved loans while deploying money through 5 different methods. You will then follow up on all the outstanding loans with law firms that are required to reimburse our money after they settle litigation cases.

As a medical billing specialist, you are accustomed to working with insurance companies, and patients, and fighting for money for the practice. You have to follow a process and have strong organizational skills. This role involves similar skills, however, without the same aggravation and stress dealing with insurance carriers or patients.

There are no 30-minute calls, no fighting for money, and we are helping people with our services. As this is a new industry, we hope your skills will translate well to what we are looking for.

• Work with Underwriting Dept after loans are approved
• Communicate with clients and law firms regarding terms of contracts and executing contracts
• Manage all software platforms
• Handle multiple different deployment models of capital to customers
• Handle high degree of emails
• Manage $1,000, 000 in AR accounts
• Follow up with law firms on the current status of loans
