Imagine leading the charge with multiple paid traffic campaigns involving online campaigns, offline campaigns, new product and service launches, online events and LIVE events– All synchronized and running in parallel to reach one goal…

Now imagine you get to run the show! You’d get to unleash your creative talent by designing, producing, placing, and optimizing all data-driven paid social media campaigns. 

You’ll get to make data-driven decisions… Strategy, tactics, fine-tuning, and analytics will all be within your scope, plus anything else marketing-wise that you feel aligns with the goals at hand.

Because you have the qualities of a trusted advisor (one who is credible, reliable, and can accurately compile and report ad stats/ROI/KPIs to the CEO and marketing team) you will be given the creative freedom to strategize and execute high-level paid and organic marketing concepts. 

Due to your in-depth expertise on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms, you are intimately familiar with Facebook attribution, UTM tagging, dynamic remarketing and retargeting user behavior, and campaign performance. You have the unique ability to derive strategic wisdom from the data and can effectively communicate tactical plans of action to the CEO and marketing team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify avatars and target audiences for each particular media campaign and decide how best to communicate to that audience
  • ​Staying current with industry trends and research figures; always thinking outside the box and bringing new ideas to the table
  • ​Monitor buying strategies and continually refine campaigns in an effort to optimize results
  • ​Design ongoing lead generation & paid ad campaigns and split test multiple variables with each one in an effort to continually “beat control”
  • ​Strategize campaigns with multiple steps and pathways and be able to articulate why and how you created each strategy
  • Negotiate with media sales companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online
  • ​Use Wicked Reports to get the data you need to do your job well, and report findings and KPIs to the CEO and marketing team 
  • ​Work with the media planning team to ensure that campaigns are profitable and compliant with the requirements of stakeholders
  • Book advertising spots, e.g. pages, posters, internet banners, and broadcast adverts
  • ​Ensure that the adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen and heard by target audiences
  • ​Develop and test on-going messaging, CTAs and creatives
  • ​Collaborate with the marketing team and present current campaign strategies and results as well as new strategy ideas
  • ​Managing budgets and producing spending updates throughout the campaign
  • ​Collect and analyze sales and consumer data to further your efforts of success
  • ​Undertake research on industry developments in target area, new opportunities, and competitors' activity
  • Work with the creative team on graphics, videos and other media you need for campaigns
  • ​Continued analysis of each campaign’s effectiveness and then applying these findings to refine and improve existing and future campaigns

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in paid traffic
  • ​2+ years in direct response marketing 
  • ​Direct experience with writing and/or editing copy for paid traffic and social
  • ​Direct experience with large paid digital advertising campaigns 

Compensation
$45,000 - $75,000 yearly
