MDU Area Manager

We are looking for an MDU Area Manager in our Houston, TX market. This position is remote but Must live in the Houston area. This role offers a base against a robust commission plan.

  • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
  • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry

  • Prospecting of new MDU properties that are available for AT&T in the greater Houston market
  • Developing relationships with property management staff and following up with prospects
  • Closing referrals over the phone
  • Maintain your properties with events, gifts, and in-person visits

  • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • Min 2 years of general sales experience or 1 year in the apt leasing industry
  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and present well in a formal business environment
  • Must be able to get around gatekeepers and build rapport with everybody you meet
  • This is a results-oriented position. Candidates should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
