The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of our dynamic and growing real estate team and plays a critical role in creating an outstanding customer experience, increasing brand recognition, and expanding our client reach through online and traditional marketing techniques. 

We welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a proven track record of success. This role requires daily interaction with our customer service, operations, and sales team to ensure that our website, social media, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Our ideal candidate is a team player that’s full of creative ideas about how to market everything from properties to workshops and is excited to share and execute them.

  • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
  • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals

  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message across all online and traditional platforms
  • Create a dynamic monthly social media marketing calendar and schedule engaging and diverse content including video content
  • Create and deliver effective and timely 36 touch yearly marketing campaigns to the database including email, text, video, newsletters, contests, and events
  • Creating Seller workshops and marketing materials to entice potential sellers
  • Creating Career workshops and marketing materials to increase agent
  • Crafting buyer/seller smart plans to an active database of 10,000
  • Recruiting new sales staff through social media and workshops
  • Owning team Youtube channel 
  • Facebook retargeting campaigns
  • Increase social media followers to 10,000
  • Support the agents by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
  • Plan and organize team events, take photos, and then market on social media
  • Create client event playbooks

  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
  • Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
  • Must possess strong communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Develops innovative forward design concepts
  • Open-minded with creative new ideas and suggestions
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$10 - $15 hourly
