We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. We specialize in Real Estate Marketing and work with Top Real Estate Teams across the province to help build & market their brand. **This position is 90% REMOTE, 1-2 days in the office as needed**

• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
• Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
• Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current

• Help develop and create weekly & monthly branded Mailchimp email templates for our teams
• Create templates for marketing items such as business cards, for sale signs, social media posts, flyers, brochures, and more
• Create PowerPoint presentations

• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
• Advanced knowledge of current market trends
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Marketing/Business OR 2 years of Job experience
