We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities
  • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
  • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization

  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)       
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)      
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content     
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas     
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending new, ideas, and feedback
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content                 
  • Manage outbound calls to clients

Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
  • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
  • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
  • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape

Compensation
$9 - $12 hourly
