We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the office manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
• Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
• Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
• Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies

• Support our agents in all their marketing and social media efforts including helping build and maintain their CRM all the way to posting content and mailers

• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
• Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills

• High organizational and people skills.
• Must finish assignments and projects on time and be able to follow up and stay accountable to the Team for accomplishing all of the above.
