We are looking for an experienced, Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution and overall success of our online and print marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who LOVES marketing. You love getting into the head of a customer to see what makes them buy, or in our case, sell. You like experimenting with different messaging and ad copy that hits home to our perfect avatar customer.

• Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
• Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information

• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

• Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Real Estate experience is not required, you will teach you
