Responsibilities

  • Execute campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
  • Create marketing materials including website content, print materials, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
  • Manage and evaluate digital campaigns using tracking analytics to ensure effectiveness and report results back to leadership
  • Create social media content on multiple platforms, schedule social media plans in advance, monitor and engage with comments, shares, and notifications. Reply or alert leadership as needed
  • Create various newsletters and marketing pieces for events, brand communications, etc
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
  • Assist with the planning and organizing for company events, take photos, and then market on social media

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
  • Bachelors degree a plus
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • Adobe product knowledge a must
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic


Compensation
$20-$22 per hour
