THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN OUR BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS OFFICES IN GREENWICH, CT. (not remote or hybrid).
This is a key role in helping maintain the company’s leadership status as the #1 real estate brokerage in town. The Marketing Specialist creates and executes marketing initiatives for the Greenwich, CT branch manager and sales associates.
This is a full-time position located in Greenwich, CT.
- Create, manage, and execute custom marketing plans for listing pitches
- Manage the design and promotion process for all luxury listings. Duties include design and trafficking of local, regional, international property print advertising, design and distribution of direct mail campaigns, creation of Property Brochures, and more
- Assist with property photos, floorplans & copywriting downloading, organization, and distribution
- Assist agents with marketing needs as needed, including agent branding needs
- Liaise with marketing leadership at the corporate office to stay informed on new tools and programs for the office. Handle ad hoc PR requests
- Help facilitate social media for the office
- Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent
- 3+ years of marketing-related experience
- Knowledge of digital tools necessary, including InDesign and social media. Canva, LucidPress, and Photoshop helpful
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft, Apple, Google
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint helpful
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Ability to focus in a fast-paced office with many interruptions
- Effective oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills a customer-service focus, and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of real estate is a huge plus
