We are in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives across all companies within the Pepine Family. An excellent fit for this position must be an energetic team player who can multi-task and balance a busy workload, work independently, and has a strong work ethic... He or she must possess very good communication, organization, and time management skills. • Run social media accounts across all companies by creating content, returning messages to inquiries, and reporting on media traffic
• Assist senior staff in creating marketing materials across all brands and companies
• Assist senior staff with event planning and marketing
• Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives, and meet organizational requirements across all companies
• Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
• Ensure the brand is consistent across all platforms

The position is not remote

• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
• Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
• Background in marketing efforts is required
• Experience in real estate marketing is preferred
