• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate properties
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings
• Coordinate and track digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website content
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers and graphic designers, to ensure high-quality marketing materials
• Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain and update real estate listings across multiple platforms and websites

• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite design software
• Familiarity with Canva graphic design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic understanding of real estate marketing concepts and strategies
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms and online marketing
