The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
• Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
• Regularly update social media and respond to followers
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written

• Perform written verification of employment for borrowers
• Follow up with borrower documents through CRM System

• Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
• Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field

Our loan officers have over three decades of combined experience in providing loans, service, and expertise to homebuyers, Venture Lending Group upholds an enduring presence in the lending community. We maintain a family-oriented office atmosphere and we have a lot of fun while also being very productive. This is not a call center environment. We currently have two seasoned Loan Officers, a Sr. Loan Processor, and an Loan Officer assistant. We are looking for a Marketing and Mortgage Assistant that wants to be in a smaller office that enjoys camaraderie amongst their peers. We love to work hard and play hard.
