We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the corporate office with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities
  • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
  • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
  • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
  • Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries

  • Assistance with website updates/creation
  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams within RHH to implement a results-driven social media strategy
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
  • Collaborate with President and Sales Leader to create a social media calendar
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Review budgeted advertising opportunities and present to management
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy
  • Respond to reviews on all hotel and restaurant platforms including but not limited to: Expedia, TripAdvisor, Open Table, Google, and Facebook/Instagram
  • Intercompany responsibilities may include: the creation and implementation of a companywide newsletter and LinkedIn Profile Management in tandem with HR
  • Assistance with printed or digital marketing materials including but not limited to: Restaurant menus, hotel marketing materials, and presentations

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
Compensation
$40,000 per year
