We are looking for an SEO specialist who can work with us full-time!

You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing a variety campaigns from beginning to end. Responsibilities will include conceptualizing the campaign, developing and executing all ads, and analyzing ad performance and results. We want a highly productive social media guru!

  • Re-marketing
  • Creating an audience
  • Creates Social Media Ads
  • Expertise in Remarketing to Expireds, FSBO, etc.
  • Specialist in ALL Social Media
  • SEO and generation of inbound traffic
  • Cultivation of leads and sales
  • Deliberate planning, strategizing and goal-setting
  • Content management (including Team website and E-newsletter)
  • Turning fans into customers
  • Turning customers into advocates
  • Manage and oversee all social media advertising campaigns

Measure and Analyze to Establish ROI:

You will need to determine the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) that matter to our business. Below are the TOP KPI to determine ROI:

  • Audience growth
  • Audience profile
  • Audience engagement
  • Content reach
  • Engagement by content-type
  • Leads
  • Response rate and quality
  • Negative feedback 
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in Search Engine Optimization
  • Knowledgeable in creating social media ads
  • Has an analytical mind
  • Deliberate planning, strategizing and analyzing
  • Experienced in overseeing multiple social media sites
  • Social networking
  • Select, analyze, and strategically utilize keywords and key phrases for better optimization 
Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
