Our Director of Marketing and Technology (DM&T) will be responsible for working closely with real estate agents to help them build brand awareness, create and market to their database, utilize the Keller Williams Systems and Models to grow their business. We want a highly productive, tech savvy leader!

  • Create custom marketing pieces and presentations for real estate agents
  • Setup technology back end for agents (mobile app, Virtual Assistant, CRM and marketing platforms)
  • Create presentations for office meetings and training events
  • Promote the Office on Social Media
  • Coordinate outside training events, take photos and market on social media
  • Build relationships with outside vendors for sponsorship opportunities
  • Help Maintain Company Website (Word Press) with up to date content

$38,000 annually plus bonus
