We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, for our fast-growing Real Estate and Mortgage Coaching Company in Sumner, WA., Club Wealth LLC. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments, organize virtual and in-person events and tours.
Project Administrator responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities, and gathering necessary resources. For this role, you will work with the marketing team under the supervision of the Director of Marketing. Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.
Ultimately, you will ensure our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
