Grist Real Estate is seeking a Marketing Assistant / Listing Coordinator. Position will be 30 to 40 hours per week with possibility to grow into full time as company grows.
Responsibilities shall include showcasing our inventory of exceptional homes using digital and traditional platforms, designing and implementing campaigns and activities that keep us in front of past, present, and future clients, and promoting our brand and value proposition in and outside our market. You will also manage our database and CRM, which will require regular data input and nurturing.

The ideal candidate is creative, can work independently, and demonstrates proficiency with all iOS, Microsoft, and Google applications. You must possess comfort and competency with all relevant social media sites, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and can self-manage when necessary. You should have experience with video and photo editing as well as graphic design.
Experience with real estate is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and the ideal candidate will have a "can-do" attitude and be willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
Your schedule can be flexible and you won’t always have to work in the office; however, you do need reliable transportation.
