We are seeking and talented highly motived, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.

  • Promote all team events on social media
  • Produce marketing for all agency events including team events, new listings and open houses
  • Take care of any services that may need to be provided for listings
  • Produce and implement all ads for Facebook
  • Edit and optimize all marketing campaigns
  • Manage all MLS listings
  • Maintains website included all content, SEO, and tracking analytics
  • Contributes to company growth by monitoring all new prospects and incorporating into campaigns
  • Establish budget, track spending and ROI
  • Establish and follow content calendar

  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Real Estate knowledge / experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Always searching for the next best thing to reach an even broader market
  • Proven skill set in social media
  • Team player
  • Embraces new opportunities and welcomes a challenge

  • Work experience with marketing/brand management in an agency or Real Estate sales environment

$15 - $20 hourly
