The Marketing and Social Media Administrator position is responsible for generating traffic and visibility to Marker's digital assets by creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities, creating content and managing social media channels, maintaining inventory of collateral materials, planning events, meetings and trade shows and developing and maintaining new community launch timeline. You will be intimately involved in helping our agency communicate the value we bring to the community.

Our Marketing and Social Media Administrator will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing and managing a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from beginning to end. Responsibilities will include conceptualizing the campaign, developing and executing all ads, and analyzing ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru!

Responsibilities
  • Develop agency team events and promote on social media channels
  • Develop and market special events for the agency
  • Contributes innovative Facebook ads
  • Run and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates
  • Arrange all closing gifts and events
  • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant
  • Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website
  • Keep website content fresh and current
  • Produce marketing for all agency events including team events, new listings and open houses
  • Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate all services for listings
  • Video editing
  • Optimizing content
  • Creating email campaigns
  • Copyrighting
  • Creating beautiful graphic designs
  • Task Management
  • Managing social media accounts and posts
  • Running Facebook and Google paid traffic ads
  • Designing marketing pieces
  • Projects assigned by management team
  • Ability to work from home
  • Familiar with Facebook Market Place
  • Familiar with Craigslist
Qualifications
  • Excellent track record in marketing and sales performance
  • Able to create innovative marketing concepts
  • B.S. or B.A in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related major required
  • Loves a challenge
  • Some understanding of the sales process for residential Real Estate
  • Social media expert
  • Excellent copy writing skills
Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly
