Amy Wienands Real Estate is looking for an organized and forward-thinking professional to grow our creative team as a Strategic Marketing Professional! This professional would manage our in-house creative team and utilize multiple forms of digital media to market Amy Wienands Real Estate (AWRE). This individual would strategize the best ways to promote the AWRE brand using multiple social media platforms through posts, videos, email campaigns, print media, and various other forms. This person would ideally have a minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience and an advertising focused vision to assist with content creation by developing copy & assets for marketing. They will also create, organize, manage, and execute online marketing strategies through multiple social media accounts to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and work to create appropriate strategies to continue to grow.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the following types of job duties:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing team, organize various schedules, and problem solve any opportunities that arise, as well as coach, mentor, on-board and train team members
  • Partner with all departments to gain a clear understanding of values, goals and mission to clearly market an accurate vision of the brand
  • Research target audience and discover current trends
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to create content and strategies for multiple social media accounts, and hold the marketing team accountable to meeting deadlines
  • Create engaging visual content with graphic design skills and ad copy/messaging
  • Monitor web traffic & lead generation of multiple websites to ensure consistent growth while monitoring ad spend
  • Ensure optimal posting schedule(s) for all social media platforms, and stay current on trends to maximize marketing efforts
  • Be the in-house graphic design expert to design additional marketing materials
  • Assist with Amy’s personal brand in the You are More podcast (producing podcast, and creating marketing content for social media)
  • Ability to cross train in all aspects of the marketing team, from video production to photography and property marketing
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content publishing process
  • Self-starter with the ability to change tasks with flexibility and solve problems appropriately
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with a positive attitude
  • Must adhere to the Amy Wienands Real Estate Core Values and Confidentiality Agreement
  • Valid driver’s license, as well as good driving record with no traffic violations

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
